Lead ESOS Assessor 

Mr. Carl Davies is the Lead ESOS Assessor. 

He has experience of leading ESOS Assessments for a number of companies and has completed energy audits across a range of industries including retail, offices, warehousing, light manufacturing and heavy, energy-intensive industrial sites.

Mr. Davies is able to under-take ESOS activities for all types of companies and organisations for ESOS phase 2 & 3.

During ESOS phase 1, it became apparent to Mr. Davies that many companies see ESOS legislation as simply additional red-tape and just another financial burden imposed on them. Thus, ECS targets companies and organisation who wish to “just comply and go..”

Mr. Davies is a Chartered Process Engineer. He has spent near 25 years working in the energy-critical industries, such as gas, refinery, and petrochemical. Energy conservation is fundamental to these industries and Mr. Davies has regularly undertaken energy studies to see how energy costs can be reduced for various companies. He is ideally suited to reviewing and understanding energy consumption in ANY type of company or organisation and advising on suitable measures to reduce energy wastage.

Mr. Davies is registered with the Institute of Chemical engineers’ ESOS register.
